Attended: Cheese & Wine 101

I really enjoyed this course. The instructor was very passionate and knowledgeable about what he was teaching, but also approachable and casual. The only pitfall was that the organizers seemed to have lost my reservation, and told me when I arrived that there may not be enough seats for me to be able to take part. In the end, though, they got it sorted, and I took away great memories and some knowledge to boot! I just registered for the 201 course next month :)

We enjoyed this class. A nice intro into cheese with an enjoyable instructor. A fun way to start a friday night.

Attended: Sexy Cheese & Sumptuous Wines

This class was super fun. The cheeses were great. Artisanal provided participants with handouts that further explain parings, which I thought was helpful. I would definintely recommend this class to anyone who loves wine and cheese.

Attended: Sexy Cheese & Sumptuous Wines

Very fun. Lots of wine, lots of cheeses you haven't eaten before.

Attended: Spain, Portugal, Wine & Cheese

Fun and informative! Great cheeses and the instructor, Max was awesome. The wines were interesting too, but not my favorite Spanish wines. But an interesting variety to experience with the cheeses.

Attended: French Cheese & Wine

This was my first time attending a wine and cheese course, and I am very, very happy that I tried it! The instructor, Jessica, was friendly and informative. The wines were high quality, as were the cheeses, and it was fascinating to see how they paired together. I will definitely go to another class again.

Attended: Cheese and Wine: Search for "Perfect" Pairings

My wife and I had a great time! This was our first class ever and will not be our last. Our instructor Max really knows his cheese and the wine is both strong and tasty! Refills galore!

Attended: Hands-on Mozzarella Making Class!

The class was fantastic! I didn't know it was this easy to make my own mozzarella! Will definitely be making this for future dinner parties.

Attended: Micro Brews - Artisanal Beers & Cheeses

Very good course. The amount of food provided both before and during the actual class is quite generous, as is the variety. The teacher was very knowledgable about the subject and I learned quite a bit. The materials she provided where very helpful. The facilities where the class took place are clean and inviting and even well-situated for commuters.
