Gentle Yoga
This was incredibly relaxing. I'm not at all flexible and usually have a hard time keeping up, but this felt very comfortable and was by far the best yoga experience I've ever had. Gentle indeed, and I was unusually calm throughout the day. Two thumbs up!

Comfortable clothes that allow you to move and stretch easily. Stay
away from anything too baggy, as you will probably find yourself
upside down at some point. Shoes and socks are not worn in class.
Although there is no standard yoga attire, we do offer a wide
selection of yoga-appropriate workout clothes in our boutique.
