Connie Sun of Bite Size Kitchen just came back from a culinary tour in Southeast Asia, where the street food was the highlight of her trip. In this class, Connie will share the flavorful, aromatic dishes she experienced at many of Vietnam’s bustling food carts and stalls. From chicken wings flavored with lemongrass and fish sauce, to banh mi sandwiches, to spring rolls bursting with fresh herbs and veggies, to steamed buns and chili sauces there is a lot to learn!

Connie Sun was a fancy pants NYC Interior Designer for over seven years until one day enough was enough and decided to stop helping clients decide whether or not to make their bathrooms bigger than their egos. She has since moved on to helping curiously hungry individuals learn how to cook in their own kitchen. Connie specializes in Asian cuisine but with an insatiable curiosity for new foods, there’s always something exciting coming out of her kitchen.
