In this class, Connie will share the flavorful, aromatic dishes she experienced at many of Vietnam's bustling food carts and stalls. From caramelized pork belly banh mi sandwiches, to sugar cane shrimp, to rice noodle and lettuce wraps with earthy fish sauce, there is a lot to learn!

Refund & Cancellation PolicyClass reservations are date & location specific. If cancellation is made at least 3 days before the class, we will honor a store credit for the full value of the class. If you cancel less than 3 days (72 hours) before the class we do not offer any refund. If you are registering three or more people for a class, a two (2) week notice is required for cancellation. You are always welcome to send someone else in your place.

Connie Sun was a fancy pants NYC Interior Designer for over seven years until one day enough was enough and decided to stop helping clients decide whether or not to make their bathrooms bigger than their egos. She has since moved on to helping curiously hungry individuals learn how to cook in their own kitchen. Connie specializes in Asian cuisine but with an insatiable curiosity for new foods, there’s always something exciting coming out of her kitchen.
