Clothing Construction III is an advanced study in garment engineering. Through the class assignment of building a reversible basic t-shirt a student will gain insight into how a garment is built to be well lined or reversible.
The objective is to learn how to build a classic t-shirt out of a stretch knit fabric. We introduce working with a t-shirt pattern, and share the best order for building a basic t-shirt. We'll also share our tips for working with stretch knits. The pattern sizes available in class are the standard American small, medium, and large, and students may choose to build men

Students attending this class will learn the basics of knitting.
The month of November will be dedicated to Harry Potter inspired crochet, creating unique crocheted objects and building crochet skills.
This class takes you through making a pattern for a handbag you designed. Simple style suggestions are also shared in the class and attention is spent on size, shape, engineering, function, pockets and compartments. One handbag pattern is created in this workshop.

Students will first be learning how to make sewing and thread bags. Then, they will be choosing their next project based on what they are interested in learning (e.g. Garments, Quilting, Home Dec.)
Students will get to work on the project of their choice while picking up new, helpful knitting tips each week.
Learn about knitting a cardigan.
Learn the technique to create the pattern, then graft the ends together for a continuous loop.
