What you'll learn in this swimming class:
This class will develop all strokes from the very beginning with an end goal of lap swimming (fitness swimming).This class focuses on breath control, balance & body position. No previous swimming experience is necessary.The Benefits of Swimming: It is a perfect activity for improving Aerobic Fitness, Flexibility, Body Strength, Muscle Tone and Coordination. Swimming in particular is an injury free sport. It’s relaxation and stress relief – improving Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD) and improves focus. Build up Self Monitoring, Tempo Control and Reinforce ability.Cancellation Policy: In the event that you miss a class, make up classes are offered, but must be scheduled within the session. Class fees are nonrefundable after the first class. In the event that a class is canceled due to an emergency, we will make every effort to contact you prior to your class time, and we will work with you to schedule a make up class.*Please note: Dates may fluctuate depending on holidays.
