Refund Policy

A written request for a refund or credit must be made 6 business days before the first class.
Trip refunds must be requested 31 business days prior to departure date.
For cancellations less than 31 business days prior to departure, full or partial refunds are contingent upon the ability to sell the seat.

There are no refunds on registration fees, books or supplies. There is no provision for a partial fee for taking one session or part of a course. Making up absences in another section of a course depends entirely on space availability.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
