Level 3 is for those who are starting to feel comfortable speaking in the present tense, as well as for those who have basic knowledge of how the regular past tense works (trabajé/comí).

If you don’t have a Spanish background at all, this is the place to start. We use the Graf Method, our very own teaching approach that focuses on learning fast communication skills.
Not quite ready for Level 2, but want to avoid restarting with Level 1? Take this two and a half hour workshop, were we'll review and help you solidify all the material from Level 1.
In 6-8 weeks, basic conversation, reading, listening and writing skills will be taught. Students learn regular verbs and some irregular verbs: to be, to have, to do, to go, etc.
Level 2 is for those who have studied Spanish before, even if it's been a while. At the start of Level 2, you should already be able to say a few things about yourself in Spanish, even if only at a basic level in the present tense with a limited vocabulary.
You will learn the impersonal voice and start working on the progressive and compound tenses.
This class allows you to practice Spanish in a guided conversation with a professor offering corrections, insight into cultural slang, and creative conversational topics that allow you to learn new vocabulary.

Level 5 focuses on solidifying major grammar points and is meant to gear you up for Advanced Conversation Practice.
If you are already familiar with the present tense, you can introduce yourself, talk a little bit about yourself, ask other people about themselves, and you know some basic vocabulary (family, parts of the body, everyday objects...), then you are ready for Level 2.
By the end of this course, students would be able to construct sentences in the present and past tenses using verb + verb infinitive (Example, Necesito ir al aeropuerto).
This course covers plenty of vocabulary and it focuses on the learning and practice of descriptive terms that will take your spanish speaking to the next level.
Level 4 students are fairly comfortable putting together sentences in the present and the main past tenses and are starting to understand how the conditional (yo compraría, for example) and future (yo compraré, for example) tenses work.
