Sewing Lab: Open Studio Time for Machine Sewists

Want to spend your Sunday afternoon surrounded by creative makers and delicious, distraction-free sewing? Gather your project materials and let's meet at The Makery.

Registration to our sewing lab includes:

• Use of a sewing machine in great, working condition
• Access to our presser foot library, with over 14 different presser feet
• Use of high-quality tools, including self-healing mats, Gingher cutting implements, rotary cutters, fabric marking tools
• A community of like-minded makers
• Use of our craft book library to help instruct and inspire current or future projects.
• Support, guidance and expertise from your peers and sewing supervisor
• Walk away mess-free.

Bring your own sewing machine or use one of ours. Drop in and leave from any time during sewing lab hours, but clean up begins at 4:50. Pre-registration is required and limited to 6 sewists to ensure adequate support and space.

Location instructions: We are located inside the "Community" shopping center with plenty of free parking. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start of your workshop to sign-in and find your seat.
