Description

We are a Latin dance company based in NYC and we offer many different styles and levels of dances such as Salsa, Bachata and Zumba. All of our instructors are professional and our classes are taught not only with numbers, but mainly with the music to give you a deeper understanding of how to feel the rhythm and interpret it into your steps and partner work. This creates a very different vibe in our classes and lets us stand out from the rest!

Our mission at Joel Salsa is to provide the highest level of artistic education and to inspire dancers & others around the world while keeping a loyal, friendly and encouraging atmosphere. To teach and create awareness of musicality, expression and connection with your partner.

this class is great!! we'd taken several private and far more expensive clases and had really learned very little. this class is fun and the video practice tutorials make learning posible

This class name has changed but the course is still amazing! Edwin and Daniela are great instructors who make learning the dance steps extremely easy. Edwin's a storyteller, comical and witty, he knows how to lighten the mood and show you how to approach the steps in clear and practical way. Daniela is the sweetest instructor, always with a smile and a great partner to Edwin, she breaks down the steps and is able to direct one person individually and lead the whole class at the same time.
