Description

What you'll learn in this samba class:

Students will perform full body workout, incorporating sexy hand and arm movements, with ultra sensual, hypnotic lower torso moves.

Work the “BUNDA” also known as the booty, in this energetic non-stop cardio pumping class. You may want to bring a towel, you will definitely work up a sweat.

Note: Please do not wear any body lotions or oils to class as it makes the pole slippery and dangerous. Ladies dress comfortably. Tank tops, shorts or yoga capri’s. Expose your ankles/heels. For intermediate/advanced classes you will need sports shorts or hot shorts. Bare legs are necessary to grip the pole for climbing and inversions. If you own a yoga mat, please bring it to class. Please leave all hand a wrist jewelry at home.

Refund Policy

Once you have registered for a class or series, we do not issue a refund. If necessary, you may transfer your class to a friend or relative.

If you cancel or change your class prior to 6 hours before the class starts, your class credit will go back into your account for you to use another time. If you cancel within 6 hours before class starts, you will lose the class credit.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
