As you learn how to manage projects properly using Microsoft Project 2013, you will also master the foundational through intermediate knowledge needed for the challenging Microsoft 74-343 certification exam.
You will create a project plan containing tasks, organize these tasks in a work breakdown structure containing task relationships, create and assign resources, and finalize the project to implement the project plan.
You will exchange project plan data with other applications, update project plans, create visual reports, and reuse project plan information.
Students will learn how to properly identify and document requirements, configure and maintain Project Server 2010 using both Project Professional 2010 and the Project Web App interface, and successfully roll out Project Server within the organization.
