A unique and fun low impact and high intensity 50 minute full body Pilates class using ballet barre techniques, weights, mat Pilates work and of course music!
A traditional pilates mat class with added props(light weights, balls, rings,bands) to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.
This is a multi-level class that focuses on breath, body mechanics and core strength. We will alternate using foam rollers, magic circles, bands and small balls as props to help facilitate resistance and for stability work.

The Pilates Reformer Class is performed on spring-based resistance equipment. The workouts focus on core strength and stability while creating long, lean, strong muscles.
This is a moderate level class on the Pilates equipment. The emphasis is on connecting to the core, coordinating movements and breath, and stretching. We will work on proper alignment and help you to build a foundation of stability to work from.
This class is for anyone who is new to working on the reformer and wants a good run down on how to safely use the equipment and specificity in how to find the deeper and smaller muscles we use in Pilates. Attendees will gain the strength and toning benefits of resistance training, and the lengthening and postural benefits of Pilates performed in a heart pounding sequence.
This class focuses on basic principles and alignment, as well as working the entire body, and then advance to more complex moves on the Pilates Reformer.
This class will provide students with more challenging forms for an overall body fitness.
Attendees will experience sweat Pilates teamed with a fitness trampoline.
This class combines exercises on the reformer, cadillac/tower, chair, and barrels.
