What you'll learn in this pie class:

Having an arsenal of sweet pies in your holiday baking repertoire is essential.

In this class, we will make the four quintessential holiday season pies and give lots of tips for making fun & delicious tweaks to them to make them your own. We will make Classic Pumpkin Pie (with a twist), Apple Crumb Pie with Rosemary Caramel, Maple Pecan Pie, Sweet Cranberry Pie with ORange Rosemary Cobbler. Students will eat and take home some of what they've made.

Wine and light appetizers provided.
