In this class we will make pies that highlight the sweet summers bounty.

Fresh fruit pies and summer go so well together. Blueberry Cobbler, Strawberry-Rhubarb Lattice Pie, Double Crusted Cherry Pie, and our ever popular Freestone Peach & Almond Crumb Tarts. All classes include wine, appetizers, instruction and recipes.

My mom and I went and had a blast! Both of us are intermediate bakers but learned so much about how to use fresh fruit when making the perfect pie. The class was extremely informative with lots of conversation around the science of the recipes, hands on learning, and plenty of time for asking questions. One of the highlights was getting to make our own pie dough. The taste test after was also pretty great. Would definitely go again.
