This class will feature 3 must-have pie crust recipes -
Generous pie tastings and wine will be served.
- Pate Brisee, (classic butter crust)
- Pate Sablee (a sweet delicate cookie like crust),
- and a Chocolate Pressed Crust (perfect for a multitude of sweet pie fillings).
