Registration DepositRegistration deposit used to reserve your space in the course of your choice and is deducted from the full course fee.No REFUNDS OR CREDITS are available for REGISTRATION DEPOSITS.After a deposit is made, you may not switch or use the deposit as credit towards a course other than the one originally registered for. (Please see below if full balance is paid). Options before committingFor those of you who's schedule might conflict with future class dates, we offer the "Pay As you Go" plan: This is a program through which you can pay per class. For those of you who prefer to get to know us prior to registering, we highly recommend skipping registration until you've tested us live. To this end, we've created our open houses which are in fact actual classes, only they for free. (view dates under "Seminars" on the side bar). If they are full, you can join in any of our exhibits where you can get to know not only our instructors, but also get feedback from our students. Alternatively, you may ask our front desk to walk you through ongoing classes at any time. (towards the end of the session). Balance (remaining after Deposit)The remaining Balance for a course or a rental IS DUE ON THE FIRST CLASS OR RENTAL, respectively.In case of absence to the first class, please pick up your course material and join on the second class. Full balance must be paid before receiving course material.NOTE: Should it be necessary, courses will be assigned a different instructor than that stated online. In case of discontinuation by Student AFTER FULL PAYMENT OF COURSE:PhotoManhattan may, at it's sole discretion, offer to transfer up to 40% of the amount paid towards a new course if and when the reasons for discontinuation are considered an emergency or health related issue.For this offer to be considered, student must submit such request no later than on the 2nd class of the original course.Offers will be made on a case by case basis. Credit amount will be determined based on each individual circumstance. Credits are a courtesy only and are not guaranteed at any time.The remaining balance of the course fee, thereafter, must be paid in full at the time of switch into the new courses.NOTE: Credits, discounts, and special arrangements will be granted ONLY one time per individual. No discounts are available for Darkroom and Studio courses. Course Cancellation by PhotoManhattanCourses will be cancelled if less than 4 people are present on the first class. In this case, PhotoManhattan will offer students a full refund of the amount paid OR a full credit towards a new course, within 4 weeks of the cancelled course start date.If the student chooses to use the credit towards a new course, PhotoManhattan's policy will then apply.Limitations of LiabilityBy registering for any class, the student agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PhotoManhattan from and against any action, suit, claim, damages, liability, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), arising out of or related to the use, distribution, or other exploitation (including but not limited to the distortion or modification in any way), at any time by any party of any photographs, or any part thereof, or reproduction thereof of models, other students, instructors, or otherwise taken by the student on PhotoManhattan’s premises or in connection with the class.

Brief class, but very informative, good presentation, excellent assistance and feedback from the instructor, both in the classroom and during the outdoor photo shoot.
