Description
What you'll learn in this pastry class:
We love cream puffs, eclairs and churros. Their light and fluffy dough is a great vehicle for a custardy filling, and they beg for a hot cup of coffee. What ties these three delicacies together is their dough, based off of a French dough called "pate choux." Yes this word is a mouth full, but once you master this technique, taught by Megan Fitzroy Phelan (Corporate Pastry Chef for Sullivan Street Bakery and Co Restaurant and chef/owner of Fitzroy Specialty Cakes and Pastries), you will be able to make any of these treats on your own. Megan will also cover how to make the fillings and variations. Working together you and your classmates will gain the skills to make these for your next dinner party or to start your very own mobile churro cart!

When you register for a class, you agree to these terms:
- You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 72 hours (3 days) before the date and time of the event.
- Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the same class.
- Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
- Our classes are transferrable, so feel free to send a friend if you can’t make it!
- In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
