Indian Tapas: Food & Wine

In this class, you will see for yourself how Aromatic whites, delicate reds, and sparkling wines - while they are all worthy offerings in their own right - become extraordinary when married together with assortment of tapas from savory to spicy to sweet and back again.

We love Indian cuisine, and we love wine. So we're bringing them together for this one night only extravaganza of flavor teaming up with Shuchi Mittal of "29 Private Kitchen". 

The delicate sweetness of a German Riesling contrasted with creations of spice and heat on the plate is something you'll never forget. Reds, on the other hand, mate perfectly with slow cooked meat dishes, where the mellow, earthy tones of the cuisine are balanced by the wine's rich fruit, and counterbalancing acidity.  

This and more awaits you in this special event. It won't quite constitute dinner if a 22oz. rib-eye is your standard fare in the evening, but it's more flavor and decadence than a single night has any right to offer. We hope you'll join us.
