Natural Wines & Food Pairing

With the resurgence of natural wine, wine tasting vernacular has changed with an emphasis on “texture” and hundreds of different ways to describe a “funky” wine. In this class, we will walk through the basics of natural wine tasting focusing on the fresh new ways the wine world is thinking about wine.

Join us for a one-of-a-kind wine tasting with food pairing! Try 6 different wines over the course of two hours. Each natural wine will be paired with an Italian style bite to better explore the pallet and accompaniment of wine with different flavors and foods. You will enjoy shishitos, caesar bites, arancini, meatballs, and pizza each paired with its own wine.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Guests in the same booking party will sit and work together throughout the class. Outside drinks are not allowed. Additional drinks are available for purchase from the venue. 21+ only.
