Student will learn basic stance. It includes the Tai Chi form, stationary and moving push hands.
Beginning with a little chi kung breathing exercises; participants are taught Grandmaster William CC Chen’s 60 movements, which is a form of Yang style Tai Chi Chuan, and core abdominal and light stretching.
Students will learn the art of Tai Chi, the different techniques and to know the health and personal development that comes along with it.
