Portfolio Beauty Week

We start with the basics, making sure everyone is competent in color theory, sanitation, foundation and concealer work. We immediately pump up a natural look to casual pretty and then again to date night makeup. We go in depth into Retro Beauty, both styles and colors. Period looks are the focus here, from 20’s 'cupid's bow' to 50’s eyeliner the 60’s 'twiggy look', then to 80’s radical color.

This class is designed for anyone interested in a spectacular week of fabulous, fast-paced fun. Learn the looks for celebrities for the Oscar’s and Emmy’s. We rock the devastatingly sultry Sex Kitten/Vegas Showgirl makeup that’s perfect for pictures or parties. We go on the Red Carpet with hot, beautiful looks for stage gals from red carpet photos to TV appearances.

The entire last day of class is a professional photo session, with models and a sensational Pro photographer. Students will work on a model, have photos taken, then switch models and start again. When the day is done, you’ll walk away with awesome pictures for your portfolio with different models and looks to showcase your talent.
