Being a Holistic Health Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and energy healer, Myke Zykoff HHP, C.Ht. brings a unique and pragmatic approach to meditation allowing even first timers to achieve a deep state of inner calm on their very first sitting. After 12 years of working with clients in a one on one setting, he's learned of a base commonality in care seekers; everyone relies upon someone else to help them heal. Our authentic selves have been buried deep in the rubble of acclimated subservience. We've been trained to respond more to the influence of our environments than to our own truths. Myke's approach to meditation leads the individual back to their innate knowing of self care. "We each have the power to do, be or create exactly what we want but we have forgotten."
