Teaches at SWERVE

For Krista, movement is freedom. A dancer since the age of 4, she has always felt most at home barefoot on the dance floor. She believes that movement, whether dance or fitness, should feel natural and good to the body (even that great sore feeling!). With 25 years of dancing under her belt, she has worked as backup dancer for singer Lori Michaels, pro team dancer for the New Jersey Gladiators, and an award winning choreographer for Legacy National Dance Team. Krista discovered the joy of Yoga Booty Ballet here at Swerve and has found that fitness and dance are a perfect solution to the tired workout regime. Along with teaching Yoga Booty Ballet, Krista has developed an additional class for Swerve called Triple A, which targets the famous A's of the body (arms, abs, and ass!) In the triple role of Instructor, AFAA certified Personal Trainer, and Swerve Assistant Manager, Krista strives to give all her students and Swerve clients the best workout experience they can have and to walk out of the room perspiring, smiling, and inspired.
