What you'll learn in this health class:

The Essential Kung Fu Workout provides an exciting and challenging new experience while helping you become stronger, focused, and confident. It is this philosophy that gives our members reassurance that they will learn more than just punching and kicking.

In our Essential Kung Fu Class, you will experience stretching, conditioning, punching, kicking, and self-defense drills. Please wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing. Good choices would include sweatpants or loose pants, t-shirts, etc.

Please plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to your class to ensure that you will have enough time to change clothes, receive a short orientation and be escorted to class.

Refund Policy

There is no charge to your account if you provide 12 hours notice. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged to your package / credit card on file. 1 Month Unlimited Package holders are entitled to two (2) late cancellations / no shows per month and will be assessed a reduced cancellation fee of $20 per incidence for additional late cancellations / no shows.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
