Description

What you'll learn in this kids swimming class:

Students will focus on developing confidence and competency in all strokes and safety skills. They will be formally taught the breast and butterfly stroke, as well as deep water bobbing, sculling and diving.

At this stage, students will be moving confidently in deep water, continuing to improve their stroke techniques and refining details of their breathing.

Pre-requisites: This is the final level in kids swimming, students should feel competent in all areas.

The Benefits of Swimming: It is a perfect activity for improving Aerobic Fitness, Flexibility, Body Strength, Muscle Tone and Coordination. Swimming in particular is an injury free sport. It’s relaxation and stress relief – improving Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD) and improves focus. Build up Self Monitoring, Tempo Control and Reinforce ability.

Please note: Dates may fluctuate depending on holidays.

Refund Policy

No class fees are refundable after the 1st day of class. All missed classes must be made up within the session. No classes will carry over into the next semester.
