Over the course of this class, students will learn how to breath in and out of water, float on front and back without floatation support and submerge underwater. They will also be able to push off of pool wall, glide and flutter kick, on their front and back.
In this class, students are beginning to become comfortable in the water and ready to learn how to submerge and to exhale in the water. They will be receiving a solid foundation for aquatic and safety skills. Swimmers should be comfortable in the water and ready to learn how to swim.The Benefits of Swimming: It is a perfect activity for improving Aerobic Fitness, Flexibility, Body Strength, Muscle Tone and Coordination. Swimming in particular is an injury free sport. It’s relaxation and stress relief – improving Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD) and improves focus. Build up Self Monitoring, Tempo Control and Reinforce ability.Please note: Dates may fluctuate depending on holidays.
Refund Policy: No class fees are refundable after the 1st day of class. All missed classes must be made up within the session. No classes will carry over into the next semester.Cancellation Policy: In the event that you miss a class, make up classes are offered, but must be scheduled within the session. Class fees are non-refundable after the first class. In the event that a class is canceled due to an emergency, we will make every effort to contact you prior to your class time, and we will work with you to schedule a make up class.

students achieve their goals as swimmers. The founder of Physique
Swimming earned his Masters degree in Physical Education, and has
over 25 years experience as a swim instructor and coach of
competitive swimming.
