What you'll learn in this italian cooking class:Whether you've mastered risotto and are looking for the next step, or starting from square uno, this class will keep you full and fully engaged. Our resident Italian chef, Amelia De Marco, shares her springtime favorites, like a classic risotto, and her method for making rich arancini (classic sicilian fried rice balls) with a spring vegetable filling.
You'll learn the first steps and be able to branch out with any of the season's bounty! Amelia is out resident Italian food and wine expert. Before moving to America to work as a wine distributor, Amelia worked for several tourism companies pairing food and wine at vinyard vacation spots. In this demo/hands-on class you will get to roll up your sleeves and make your own arancini. Plus with Amelia's wine pairing skills she's picked out a great bottle for you to enjoy with your meal.
