Sunset Sail Class

What you'll learn in this class:

A mixed recreational and instructional sail at the most beautiful and peaceful time of the day. Take a few hours out of your day to enjoy the sunset and learn a few things about sailing.

There is no better way to relax than skimming along the smooth water on a graceful and quiet sailboat at sunset. Feel the warm breeze in your hair and be awed by the brilliant colors of an NYC sunset as it sets behind the hills of New Jersey.

There are five people on each boat with an instructor.

This can be a mini-lesson for those looking to learn or a relaxing way to kick back and relax - its up to you!

(For all lessons, not including City Sail)There is a $25 per person fee for lesson rescheduling requests submitted 48 hours prior to the lesson time.Lessons rescheduled within 48 hours of the lesson time will incur a fee equal to the price of the lesson.Full refunds are only given in extreme cases on a case by case basis.City Sail Cancellation and Rescheduling PolicyRescheduling - A session may be rescheduled prior to 14 days before the start date of the session for a $25 fee per child per session.Cancellation - A session may be cancelled and full refund received prior to 30 days before the start date of the session.Weather PolicyOnly HRCS can cancel a lesson for weather-related reasons. If a lesson is cancelled, HRCS will contact the participants using phone/email in order to notify them and reschedule the lesson.Lessons are cancelled if the conditions are deemed unsafe by HRCS. Examples of these conditions are lightning/thunder and winds gusting above 25 knots. Rain, cloudiness, and uncomfortable temperatures do not constitute unsafe conditions unless deemed so by an HRCS representative - Dress appropriately!
