Apply what you learned in SUP Basics to anchor those skills in your muscle memory.SUP has a wonderfully shaped learning curve.οΎ At first, things are a little shaky, about 30 minutes later you're paddling your first steps, 60 minutes later you'll be cruising around as long as the water conditions are not too turbulent.Note: You must be able to get up from seated position on the floor without assistance. Should be able to exit a swimming pool without having to use a ladder. Cannot take people above 250 lbs or people with over a 38 inch inseam (usually means 6'6" and above).
