What you'll learn in this hobbies / sport class:
Learn to use your whole body, torso rotation, and paddle leverage to get the most out of every stroke. After this class you will know a lot more about your Core and how you want to proceed.Stand Up Paddle Boarding is sweeping the world stroke by stroke, wave by wave. SUP Basics will get you on your way to knowing exactly what all the buzz is about.Like their other paddling classes, they will start you on the comfort of dry land to introduce you to the evolution from super stable knee paddling to walking on water standing free and proud on an SUP.SUP basics will prevent you from becoming a "paddle statue with flapping arms" and lead you towards a the free flowing power of poetry in motion.Note: You must be able to get up from seated position on the floor without assistance. Should be able to exit a swimming pool without having to use a ladder. Cannot take people above 250 lbs or people with over a 38 inch inseam (usually means 6'6" and above).
