Appropriate for students who are comfortable in Level 1 classes and beyond. Students will be encouraged to practice at their own level; however, familiarity with basic asanas is suggested. Brenna originally studied with Alison Cramer and Bryn Chrisman at Laughing Lotus Yoga, and has been teaching yoga since 2009. She describes her classes as soothing, mindful, and friendly. Her favorite asana is Trikonasana - try one of her classes today!
