What you'll learn in this health class:

Join us every Sunday for yoga, starting at 6:00pm at the Work/Shop. Each class begins with a one hour Vinyasa class and ends with a thirty minute Yoga Nidra meditation. The class is taught in our spacious candlelit studio.

Pay in advance or at the door.

If the class is cancelled on our end we will fully refund your money. All sales are final, though participants can gift their seat if they become unable to attend.
