What you'll learn in this health class:

This class focuses on bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements are performed. This aims to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously.

TRX is a full-body strength workout that utilizes a person's own body weight instead of relying on machines or dumbbells. It's good for endurance athletes, power lifters, and fitness newbies alike. Comparable to a simple version of reformer Pilates or anti-gravity yoga, TRX offers a total-body workout, centered on your core and relying on your body weight.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 2 business days in advance of the class will be honored with a refund less 5% cancellation fee.
Students who cancel less than 2 business days prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
