A Vicious Cycle is our version of a standard, invigorating indoor cycling class. We'll take you over hills and jumps for a great calorie torching ride!
Students enrolled in this class will learn the basics of rowing to keep them in perfect shape as their whole body performs this complete exercise that moves in rhythm.
Two segments, 20 minutes each. Body Sculpting-Core Training & classic Indoor Cycling. This is a 45 minute, total body workout.
Enjoy 45 minutes of fast paced cardio cycling with a complementary 15 minute targeted conditioning workout to follow. You'll be doing jumps, hills and some deep muscle work, all to some seriously hot music.

This class focuses on bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements are performed. This aims to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously.
Students will work at the level of the bones, to align the bones using the muscles of deep postural support: the psoas, the hamstrings, the external rotators, and the pelvic floor.
This is a 45-minute total body work out with focus on core strengthening.
In this outdoor program students will perform body weight exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, squats, lunges, etc. in conjunction with cardio intervals like running, climbing steps, jumping jacks, etc.
Incorporating high intensity intervals of cardio kickboxing & boot-camp regiments. Guaranteed for insane (and sweaty) results in Tara's signature "Fit to a T" format! This is a workout developed to tone and tighten you entire body.
