This is a 45 minute cardio class to heart pumping music, coached by a certified indoor cycling teacher who will guide you through a series of sprints, climbs, jumps and flat roads all while inspiring you to push your limits safely.
This is a class that builds core strength much like Pilates. It builds strength in muscles from the neck to the knees using bands, loops, and one's own body weight. It focuses on toning those areas of the body such as arms (triceps, especially in ladies), butt muscles to raise the butt, abs, quads, and hamstrings.
This class will provide students a relaxing and rejuvenating exercises for flexibility.
