A coach and consultant for close to 20 years, Ella works with managers and executives at national and international firms of all sizes to set platforms for solid management and sustained growth. She is the inspiration for The Ella Forum, a first-of-its-kind group of top-level female executives in Israel who meet regularly to share strategies for enhancing their professional and personal lives. A sought-after speaker internationally, Ella incorporates coaching strategies into her presentations on pathways to success, self-motivation, overcoming challenges, living a meaningful life, and other topics.
