Refunds requested within 7 days of registration will incur a 10% penalty of the full cost of the program OR credit towards one of our programs for the total amount paid within one (1) year from the exact date of the contract. Payments are not refundable after 7 days. 

If after 7 days of registering and before the start of the program you are unable to participate, SCC will grant you a credit for the total amount paid for one (1) year from the exact date of the contract to apply towards one of our programs. 

If you attended all the classes, completed all the exercises, completed all the homework, and engaged with the online community, and you and SCC agree that the program is not working for you, you will be reimbursed in full.
