Father's Day BBQ Workshop

Great experience, great crowd! I learned to make BBQ sauce from scratch and impressed my wife and mother-in-law later that day during my own BBQ. The chef was professional and pleasant . I learned a few ticks that will help utilize my kitchen tools in new amazing ways! Thank you

French Macaron

Would definitely recommend the course to anyone who enjoys baking. The chef was very informative as to piping, flavoring, and baking. Due to the fact that it is a kosher cooking school the recipe was geared to being able to keep kosher. That being said the chef also explain what to do for those of us who were not keeping kosher. Class size was perfect and allowed everyone to make a nice quantity of macarons. The kitchen setup was inviting and comfortable. Looking forward to taking another class at the school.

Knife Skills

We started class very punctual. Nice intimate crowd, not overwhelming. Chef/Teacher was great! He thought us about different type of knifes and their uses. Showed us many type of cuts and then cooked us a incredible pasta dish with the vegetables that we cut during class. Overall very happy

Knife Skills

Highly recommend! It's held at America's only kosher cooking school, but it's incredibly useful even if you're not interested in kosher cooking. We learned about different types of knives, what to look for when buying knives and, of course, ways to use them. Pleasantly surprised at how many little cooking tips I picked up too--the instructor is super knowledgeable and happy to share!

Chocolate! Chocolate! Chocolate!

This 'Chocolate! Chocolate! Chocolate!' class is tons of fun and highly informative with a teacher who is as knowledgeable as he is amusing. My wife and I are already thinking about taking another! There is no down time in this completely hands-on experience. You will learn to temper chocolate and use it to create delicious truffles, haystacks, bonbons, chocolate covered marzipan and more! Know that this class is not just for those who keep Kosher (my wife and I do not). Because the class is taught in a Kosher kitchen, the instructor compensates with dairy free ingredients but lets you know the substitutions you can make for your unique lifestyle. Keep in mind that this is CHOCOLATE making, which requires a cool environment. You don't want your chocolate cooling down and seizing up immediately after you've tempered it! If you are prone to the cold, I'd highly recommend compensating for this in your wardrobe. Also, know that you will not be sitting for this extremely engaging four hour affair - so comfortable footwear is a MUST! Know going in that you will be leaving this class with a substantial amount of delicious chocolate made by none other than yourself! A hearty tote bag is recommended. Tired of paying premiums at your local chocolatier? Wondering if that chocolate dipped strawberry was really worth $8? This class gives you the tools you need to immediately begin making your own delicious, chocolatey confections on your own time in the comfort of your own home! I highly recommend taking this thoroughly engaging class with friends, family or your significant other.

French Macaron

The course was located in a very nice cooking school on the second floor about a cooking shop. The class was led by a instructor that was well versed in pastry cooking for many years. They had a very professional kitchen. The class was a lot of fun and we brought home 3 boxes of macarons. Would recommend to friends.
