What you'll learn in this construction training:
Construction Documents is an Architecture Reveiw Exam Preparation. This course reviews architecture construction documents (CDs) and implementing them during construction services, also known as construction contract administration (CA). The class focuses on assisting you in understanding what CDs are as intellectual and physical artifacts, an architect’s contractual obligation regarding making them, and their use during construction. Producing CDs and their execution during CA have legal/contractual implications for the architect, the owner, and the constructor—you will need to understand and know what the implications are when you are a licensed, practicing architect.
