What you'll learn in this cheese making class:
Move beyond the cheese counter and learn to make your own fresh and semi aged goat and cow's milk cheeses. Cheese aficionado Emily Acosta will walk you through the easy steps of dairy alchemy. Emily will guide you through a brief cheese tasting to explore the range of cheese styles that can be obtained from this simple approach to home cheese-making. Also with Emily’s help you will get to season some freshly made semi aged chevre.

Refund & Cancellation PolicyClass reservations are date & location specific. If cancellation is made at least 3 days before the class, we will honor a store credit for the full value of the class. If you cancel less than 3 days (72 hours) before the class we do not offer any refund. If you are registering three or more people for a class, a two (2) week notice is required for cancellation.
