Join us as Connie breaks it all down for you and teaches you how to make her favorite authentic recipes for these tasty Vietnamese bites.

Chef Connie Sun of Bite Size Kitchen will reveal the power a beautiful plate of food & a hot cup of coffee holds over an individual. Students will learn to cook eggs with the ease and mastery of a hungover line cook, fluffy pancakes, piles of potatoes, the perfect Eggs Benedict, hollandaise sauce and even Bloody Mary's. Weather you've had a long night before or need energy for the day ahead, cooking a solid breakfast will set you right. The class is part hands on and part demo and questions are encouraged.
