Chicago-based holistic health extraordinaire, Sarah Baker started Balanced Babe in 2014 as a platform to help young girls and women cultivate healthy relationships with food, practice self-care, and love their bodies. A year later (happy anniversary!), Sarah continues to share recipes and well thought-out posts on health and wellness. She also recently launched a holistic lifestyle, health and business consulting company, StyleBodySoul (check it out!).
