Don't you want to make great BBQ at home? You don't have to have a back yard and a big smoker to do it right. In this class, we'll show you the art of cooking ribs low and slow and how to add a touch of smoke with just a stove top smoker. Plus, we'll cover some classic southern sides including skillet Corn Bread and Texas Caviar (black eyed pea salad). You won't have to go any further south than your living room when we're done with you.

When you register for a class, you agree to these terms:

You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 72 hours (3 days) before the date and time of the event.
Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the same class.
Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
Our classes are transferrable, so feel free to send a friend if you can’t make it!
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
