Surprisingly good! I needed to learn QuickBooks so I can keep track of the finances for my design firm and thought it would be harder than just using Excel but boy was I wrong. Mr. Andrew made QuickBooks seem really practical and rewarding to use. Believe me I've been in courses that seemed like a waste of time but I never felt like that here. The price of the course made me a bit apprehensive because I've paid more for training and gotten nothing out of it but since this course requires that you follow hands on with the instructor it makes it easy to learn. I signed up for this course and an Excel course at the same time and that was a great one too.

Attended: Microsoft Excel Expert (Level 3)

Very good course. Excel expert is taught by Andrew was easy to follow and fun. The course is a great follow up to the excel basic class they offer. The handout is ok with all the directions needed. The files and good to practice with at home. It is a follow along class. As he does it you do it. He also gives for you to try by yourself.   My only complaint was people taking this course who had barely any excel knowledge. School should make sure that everyone has the right excel before signing. Andrew had to stop a few times to explain some stuff we covered in the first class. Also they should ban texting in classrooms. I saw a few people texting and not paying attention. This slow down the class.  Other than that the class was excellent. Had about 10 students in the class and was done at about 30 early. Andrew is a great person always willing to help and answer any questions. I will be taking Access next, hopefully with Andrew.

This class is not good for beginners. It goes through a ton of material very quickly, and it's not hands-on, so you really have to have some understanding of what you're looking at. There wasn't much time for questions, and the class size was large, not small as advertised. There were at least 20 people in my class.

The instructor had issues with the computers and space so we didn't get to cover all the topics, and I feel that it needs to be retake it. Than you

Attended: Adobe Indesign Basic - Intermediate (Level 1)

I really enjoyed the course. I learned a lot and would definitely take a different course with the same instructor. Thanks again!

Attended: Adobe Indesign Basic - Intermediate (Level 1)

Great Class. Amazing price for what was offered. Classroom was good, computers were working with no problems. I used a Mac, some used a PC. They ask you before the class. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Instructor was the best part. He really know how to present the program. I was a little lost and he helped me personally to catch up. He was very knowledgeable. I have taken other classes at other school and I think this has to be one of the best ones, if not the best school I have been to. My only recommendation is to add more graphics to the book, it would make easier to follow.

Attended: Microsoft Excel Essentials (Levels 1-2)

I definitely learned a lot in the Excel Basics class - that being said, this is still a class better suited for those who have a very basic understanding. "Beginner" encompasses a wide variety of abilities, and those with little to no exposure got a few steps behind easily. This is not to discourage anyone, but just be warned, the pace can be erratic with the teacher needing to stop and help a student catch up. Just understand thus , have some patience, and you will feel like some if the more advanced features will be a little demystified.

so far so good. Just one class and I am feeling more confident this subject. The teacher is so smart and so patient. I look forward to the next session.

Attended: CompTIA A+ Certification

The course was dynamic, covered a lot on what would be offered in the exam. The instructor was great, answered questions and was efficient. The facility was clean and up-to-date. I passed my exams the FIRST TIME not just on the study and practice materials, but also the confidence the instructor gave me. For the price, it's a very good investment to advance your current position or put you on a career path. Just make the commitment to study before AND after you pass the test! I recommend this course to those technically proficient or have basic to intermediate PC knowledge/experience and the Windows environment. Otherwise, this class might be too fast and furious. BTW - you don't have to be a Millennial to take it this course either. If you have a knack for fixing computers or "figuring out" how to make them work - take the course. Added value - TIA allows you to retake the course as much as you like, no charge, for one year. They are an authorized Pearson VUE testing site so you can schedule your exam there when you purchase your CompTIA voucher.

I learned so many little secrets! It was a very fun class!

Attended: Microsoft Excel Essentials (Levels 1-2)

I feel I just cracked open the door. Can't wait to take it again.

Attended: Microsoft PowerPoint Levels 1-2

Vincent Ty our professor was excellent. He took time to help you and greatly improved my efficiency using PPT. Great class!

Attended: Microsoft Excel Essentials (Levels 1-2)

This course provided a great overview of excel functions, focusing specifically on formulas and pivot tables. The instructor was also very knowledgable and willing to answer questions.
